SC Flansch-Konus Sätz
SC Profi Flansch-Konus ist ein System zum Zentrieren, Spannen und Formieren von Schweissnähten an Flanschen, kurzen Rohren und Kupplungen.
Das Werkzeug besteht lediglich aus drei Teilen: Einem Alu-Konus, einer Verbindungsachse und der wohlbekannten SC Profi Scheibe, hier in Spezialausführung mit integriertem Sintermetall-Gasverteiler. Diese konstruktive Ausführung des Gasverteilers stellt sicher, dass das Formiergas laminar in rohraxialer Richtung über den gesamten Rohrdurchmesser einströmt und keine Verwirbelungen im Schutzgasstrom an der Schweissnaht entstehen. Der Gasflow* beträgt immer 10% der Rohrdimension und die Spülzeit* beträgt weniger als 1,5 Minuten.
