WS Plus Zylinder

Für Rohre von 8″ bis 40″ bieten wir WS Plus Formiergas-Zylinder an. Diese Werkzeuge sind mit doppelten, hitzefesten Dichtlippen ausgestattet. Die Dichtlippen der WS Plus Formiergas-Zylinder sind temperaturfest bis 340°C (max 1 Stunde). Die Werkzeuge haben eine extrem kurze Spülzeit, nur 2½ Minuten für alle Dimensionen, was kein anderes Formiergas-Werkzeug am Markt aufweisen kann.

Der Unterschied zwischen WS Formiergas-Zylinder und WS Plus ist die konstruktive Ausführung der Dichtlippen und der Materialien (Temperaturfest) sowie der Preis. Auf dem Bild sieht man den Unterschied. Zum Beispiel kann man ein 10” WS Formiergas-Zylinder 265 mm für 12” Rohre abändern, so dass man in 3 Dimensionen mit demselben Zylinder schweissen kann. WS Plus hat, wie auf dem Bild dargestellt, längere Dichtlippen.

Die WS Plus Formiergas-Zylinder empfehlenwir z.B. für offshore mit einer Konsole (Extra)montiert, wobei es schnell und einfach möglich ist durch, mehrere Bögen nacheinander zu ziehen.

When pulling the WS Plus through elbows, the pull wire will always place itself at the inner side of the bend, risking the cylinder getting stuck. For this reason, a console or pull ball is recommended if you have to pull the WS Plus cylinder through any elbows. In case of serval elbows or serval uses of the WS Plus cylinder in a single day, using both a console and pull ball will save noticable amounts of time and effort.

For the best experience, using a console, pull ball and non-isolated pull wire (1715000) is recommended. This centers the pull wire through elbows, and eliminates risk of friction.
