WS Schleppschuhe

Für den äusseren Schutz beim Formieren an Werkstoffen wie z.B. Titan, bieten wir zwei unterschiedliche Typen von Schleppschuhen an. Charakteristisch für beide Typen ist der effektive Gasverteiler der aufgrund der besonderen Bauart keine Verwirbelungen im Schutzgasstrom an der Schweissnaht entstehen lässt. Der WS Schleppschuh aus Edelstahl mit Sintermetall Gasverteiler bietet den Vorteil, dass mit dieser Bauform mehrere Dimensionen erfasst werden können. Der WS Schleppschuh aus Aluminium
ist aufgrund der einfach zu wechselnden Dichtlippen die preisgünstigere und wirtschaftlichere Lösung. Alle Standard WS Schleppschuhe sind für alle unterschiedlichen
Dimensionen ab Lager lieferbar. Sonderformen und Geometrien sind auf Wunsch ebenfalls kurzfristig lieferbar. Für das Plasmaschweissen liefern wir Ihnen auf Wunsch auch wassergekühlte WS Schleppschuhe.
